This is some delicious mac and cheese.i never liked this kind of food till i learned the trick… Mixing more than one flavor of cheese.
Like this i made with mozarella and mild cheddar plus some bacon, yummy ?
2. 5cups whole milk,
1/3 cup bread crumbs,
1 cup bacon,
1.5cup mozarella cheese,
1 cup mild cheddar cheese,
1/3 cup all purpose flour,
Little black pepper (optional)
Boil the pasta set aside,
Cut bacon into small pieces and cook not too much to crisp up,
Melt butter in a pan,
Add allpurpose flour stirring continously to prevent lumbs do this for a few secs just toget rid of the raw smell.
Add milk and stir until it begins to thicken,
Add the cheese and stir
Then put this mixture into the pasta and mix together with the bacon.
Put in baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs and cheddar cheese on top.bake @375 degrees for 20-30mins or until golden brown
