One hunter is reported to have died in the burning bush, four others expected to be airlifted to Juba for specialized treatment while 14 others are receiving treatment at Yimboi state hospital.
This is after a tactical hunting expedition turned wild when the hunters timed for their kill in a place where the wind blew the wild flames they had started to scare the wild animals out.
The fire unfortunately, started at 11 a.m in a dry windy day has cost the hunters pain. Medical Director at the State Civil Hospital Dr. Kumba Victor confirmed that the degree of burns vary from first to second degree burns, severe and mild conditions involving faces, chests, abdomen and legs.
The main challenge and need to have the four patients airlifted is that the hospital is running out of fluid needed especially for such type of burns.
