When we speak out loud negative words about ourselves, we give the devil and his cohorts the chance to kill, steal and destroy our identity in Christ, and then we fall short of God’s best for our lives.
Although we live in the world, we are not of the world, and we ought not to follow the crowd in engaging in negative talks.
It doesn’t add good things from us, instead it destroys God’s plan for our lives. The trials we often perceive as the reality is actually a false perception from the enemy.
Imagine going for a job interview but you don’t proceed to the next stage of the interview for any reason. Does that make you lazy, hopeless, dumb or stupid? No, it does not.
That rejection experience simply exposes you to a better way of performing in the next job interview. Let’s not allow the enemy to make us believe otherwise.
