700g Chicken wings
3 cloves Garlic(crashed)
Hot and sweet BBQ Sauce
Heat your pan(Preferably nonstick) and add little oil and when oil starts to smoke slightly, put the wings. Cook til brown on all sides
Add the onion, and ginger and stir.
Cover the pan and allow the chicken to cook on medium heat.
After 10min add the garlic and seasoning then stir well. All the chicken to dry up with heat on high.
The aim is to make the onion to brown and caramelise but if you’re not using a non stick pan,take care not to burn the onion. Keep the fire on medium.
The chicken is ready when the no pink juice is oozing out when cut.
Add the honey, soy sauce, ketchup and bbq sauce and give a good stir for like 2 minutes.
