A 26-year-old lady who is also a Bcom graduate from MKU

Today, let’s talk about quality of our higher education. So this week I welcomed my new colleague, a 26-year-old lady who is also a Bcom graduate from MKU.

Unfortunately, this lady cannot express herself in English or take proper minutes. I beg to ask; how did such students pass their exams.? Anyone else with similar experiences kindly share and name the college

Am sure someone held your hand to be where you are today, reciprocate! I don’t think anyone can stand today and say they have 100%skillset required to work in any organization.

Some people learn best while they are at the job, within one week, they can even be ahead of you. I don’t think there is a relationship between the university one attended & the competence of a person…..Does it mean all who came from Mku can’t Perform?

It’s about Value system & value addition, I believe she is teachable… Imagine it’s your sister, what would she feel seeing such a post and knows she is the one being discussed!!!!It would kill her self-confidence despite her being passionate to learn.

If your son or daughter doesn’t know how to use a microwave, do you inform all the neighbours? Do you say the school he/she attends isn’t per excellence…? Humanity!!!!

So far no one has mentioned a similar experience or addressed the issue at hand, y’all busy defending mediocrity. These are the same people that elect thugs and expect angelic peformamces from the same thugs.
